If I had to chose between above providers, I'd definitely go for BlueHost.

if you going to host warez sites then i wont bother as if you get one dmca they will most likly shut you down

I'd personally recommend stablehost, i'm using one of their packages for the last 5 months and their support + service has been top notch.
