Google has been notified, according to the terms of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), that some of your materials allegedly infringe upon the copyrights of others. The URLs of the allegedly infringing materials may be found at the end of this message. The notice that we received, with any personally identifying information removed, may be found at Chilling Effects Clearinghouse: Notice Unavailable.
Please note that it may take several weeks for the notice to be posted on the above page. For this reason, we have attached a copy of the notice for your reference.
The DMCA is a United States copyright law that provides guidelines for online service provider liability in case of copyright infringement. We are in the process of removing from our Google Search results the materials that allegedly infringe upon the copyrights of others. If we did not do so, we would be subject to a claim of copyright infringement, regardless of its merits. See DMCA - 99 Resources | EDUCAUSE for more information about the DMCA, and see Google Help for the process that Google requires in order to make a DMCA complaint.
If you feel that your sites or pages were mistakenly removed due to a DMCA request filed against you, or you have taken the necessary steps to remove the infringing content, Google can reinstate these materials into its search results upon receipt of of a counter notification pursuant to sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the DMCA.
To file a counter notification through our online form, please visit Contact Us - Google Help.
If you have legal questions about this notification, you should retain your own legal counsel. If you have any other questions about this notification, please let us know.

I want to ask that should we remove that article from our website?

Mixed messages "Someone" has found the illegal content and bothered to mail Google, if it was my site I rename or delete the offending threads as the last thing you need is more heat. If Google get a DMCA they will remove it from their index, well unless you challenge it that is.
If you search for: www.mafiablog.org, 33896-windows-7-ultimate-sp1-reactor-04092011-multi.html
You'll see Google have removed your result and you'll see from the notice that it's Microsoft that filed the report.

you don't risk anything, they received this notice, and they were kind enough to let you know, i didn't have such luck and they just removed 1 link to my site from search results without any mail or wemasters tool warning (THEY WILL NOT REMOVE WHOLE DOMAIN, NOT BECAUSE OF DMCA- IMPOSSIBLE), after all dmca notice still isn't available @ chillingeffects (2 or 3 weeks later), new posts are indexed, only possibilty to take down your site for them is crying to registrar or your host, but it has nothing to do with search engines,
sleep well

Just remove that post and repost it under a different permalink( so that google can re-index it).
