Sometimes, you have to get your hands dirty to fulfill your motive. See that filesonic banner for example, they made it so NOT soothing and tried bold red border to capture everyone's eyes. When i am typing in the cb also, i tend to look at it. Its the only banner i look at. Not at other two. Same is the fact used for ugly register now text. Sometimes it just drives you crazy and you just do what it asks you to do.. Kindda like a nagging but HOT girl friend. You just have to buy her that ring to get laid.

So, i am saying that if its fulfilling the motive right now, why change it?
