Web News seems out of place where it is, but there doesnt seem to be a ideal place for it.
In Webmasters Hangout section would look better.

True but the problem Web News isn't "Webmaster" ONLY news, it`s mixed between general stuff and Webmaster stuff.

It's Hosting section, mostly subsection Other. What i mean is that some provider which has one site for his services opens up topic for almost every service on his site.
Most common example:
Company Sell Server 100gb USA
Company Sell Server 100gb Europe
Company Sell Server Encodeing 100gb USA
Company Sell Server Encodeing 100gb Europe
You get the point... And i beileve that isn't fair to other people who are trying to sell their services when someone does that. Why not simply make one topic about your website and list services you provide. I don't wanna point finger to anyone but just enter hosting section and you will see in first few pages what im talking about.
