what do you mean by root servers?

Aslong as the certain dns servers you use are not specified in there blocks you could easily use others...

Say you own a vps and run a dns server on it then you could route it that way...

Too bad for you Indians i guess.
But i am happy because many uploaders come from India and they upload only for money and some are very very greedy, so that means from now on that more quality will be uploaded.
I do like quality over quantity i am sorry.
I guess it's the greedy uploaders fault for India blocking the file-hosting sites, if they weren't spamming every site with meaningless copy's and fake uploads i guess they wouldn't have blocked them.

change ur dns every site works fine ....

google dns 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.8.4

I think you are using mobile net connected to PC, in that case use "Ultrasurf" software. If you are using a fixed line or broadband change DNS records to google DNS.
