why use a software to change md5 ??

just write a dot (.) in the comment of rar file or place a empty text file contaning a text (.) dot
that's all md5 changed ...

by using software to change md5 there might be a risk of archives being get corrupted ..

you can't use SQL Server without admin rights
and what's the use of sql server for uploader ?? MS sql server is not free it's expensive
