    I think it's doable.
With a bit of overselling the owner might even profit from the server.
Buuut yeaaaaahhh... as we all know, overselling is a very deep term.
One thing that bothers me is that your domain was registered on 13 July 2011, whilst your terms of service have a version date of 29 September 2010.
    Secondly, take a look at - http://www.zonesa.com/en/about-us/le...cated-hosting/
Find something in common with your TOS ?

That's an easy question to answer. If you notice, the TOS are exactly the same as our ISP, therefore, we allow whatever they allow to host. That's why It has the same date of revision and pratically the same text; if you're ok with our terms, you're ok with theirs.

The overselling part is an issue that really bothers us. That's why we've decided to go on a journey selling VPSs as stated on our website. The Xen Virtualization Technology with SolusVM, doesn't allow overselling. As you said, overselling is a big word, and therefore we offer technology that doesn't allow it so that the client can rest assure that he gets what he pays for.

So, No Overselling. The resources are there for the client to use at his disposal.

    Thank you!

    LusoVPS - Server Status

So people can see what your server loads are like if you have many servers?

    Hi,

When using Xen, the host processing is different from the guests. I can give you an example, on one of our nodes:

    top - 19:37:16 up 20 days, 23:14, 1 user, load average: 0.11, 0.08, 0.09

As you can see, the load average is very low. And, I'm able to see that one of our clients is maxing out his processor power. (this was taken from a Basic Plan VPS node)

So, you see, this doesn't mean anything, if we do the monitoring on the node side. In fact, that's the only side that we can proactively monitor. On the node, the VPSes don't run as a service/process. They have access to the full hardware.

We do, however, have a constant ping to all the nodes and services under LusoVPS, naming email, ftp, http, backup space, cpu use and all the rest of the services to see how they are behaving.

    Thank you!
