verry slow admin area of wordpress help needed

hi all i am using this theme Elegant Wordpress Theme

and 17 plugin instolled but 5 active........

my site is working verry slow mainly when i am moving thread to trash.... or restore.....

what to do for work fast i m using this to semi dedicated server

I'm sure there is another thread like this, about high CPU usage..
What plugins do you have installed?

Try install a plugin to optimize your MySQL database..

can i uninstall all inactive plugin ?
and tell me plugin for optmise database........

1- install auto cache cleaner plugins (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-super-cache)

2- You have scrubbed your plugins and they all load around the same amount of time. You have installed the caching plugin and you saw a little improvement. Unfortunately though your site is still loading slow.

3 option if your website still works slow then change your host!

any hosting site u know which is best for wordpress.......... and i seen same problem in my previous hosting and now its semi dedi server than why this problem happening

and big problem is that when i edit post then click save its loding and loding

First go to your Cpanel, myphpadmin then select your wordpress existing database, check all tables then select optimize all tables
after that method check bask your wordpress if not then
