Yes, You can, I think, I'm sure you can do it with a debit/credit card.

It's possible yep, It may be a little different between countries but I know
that I am able to add bank accounts for loading my PP accounts.

Also I was able to setup a direct debit contact with PP which allows for instant
transfer of funds between my bank account and PP for transactions "paying people, bills etc".

As I said, countries will probably differ some but it's quite possible

nope .. indian paypal users need to use creditcard for making any kind of payment via paypal ... this is due to the recent changes in paypal so if you don't have a credit card then you can't do anything

Can you guys tell me the tutorial...

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click Profile within My Account.
3. Click Bank Accounts under Financial Information.
4. Add your bank details and follow the instructions to add your account.

Steps and menu names may differ slightly based on country.

As stated above by vizoomer, it's going to be a different process for you because your account is Indian
and there is different regulations imposed on PP.
