Say ...there are some filesonic files (music) on the internet then I like to fetch them to my account , of course I have premium acct ...so what should I do bro ....

yeah so you're talking about remote upload. here it is:

you have to put the list of links which you want to transfer to your account. after a while the files should appear on your file list.
