• 1gb is required as storage space
• 100mbit line is bare minimum
• 30GB b/w per month is required
• should accept alertpay
• the cms used will be either wordpress,joomla,drupal or some other news portal

The only onshore hosts i recommend are Hostgator, bluehost, iweb
