I have to create a DNS server there, for my nameserver and I will host there a warez blog. I can only pay via alertpay

I need 99% uptime because the hosters before had not even 50% uptime

How much space and bandwidth you need ?

Space -> not more than 100mb. Bandwith -> unlimited.
